Syntax:

.chat <message>

Description:

Sends a message to all other users. Also, any line that does not begin with the '.' character is considered chat.

Example:

> .chat Testing 1 2 3
<Toast@OOMon> Testing 1 2 3
> blah blah blah
<Toast@OOMon> blah blah blah
